The Second World SME Conference was held in June of enthusiastic summer. At last, we would like to thank the staff of the Secretariat. During the preparation of half a year, you went through many difficulties and challenges. 当然，还是要表达歉意，2018年很多的承诺，还没有最好的兑现，还有些不足无法弥补，我们感受到了真实的差距、感觉到了我们需要努力改进的地方很多。请大家谅解，我们会改变的更好！
Anyway, we still need to express our apologies. Many commitments made in 2018 have not been fulfilled the best yet, and some deficiencies cannot be remedied. We have noticed the real gap, and we shall make efforts to improve in many aspects. Please understand us and we will be better!
因为我们相信，时代在变化，需求在变化，我们面对的一切充满了变化。世界中小企业大会也要不断地变化，以满足参与各方的需求。
We believe that the times and needs are changing, and everything we face is full of changes. The World SME Conference will change also to meet the needs of all parties.
