With all the ups and downs, the enterprises are gathering. As the only industry association composed of small and medium-sized commodity manufacturing, commercial circulation, commercial service enterprises and service institutions for small and medium-sized enterprises registered by the state owned assets supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council and the Ministry of civil affairs, China Association of small and medium-sized commercial enterprises is a national, advisory and service-oriented National first-class organization, which has gone through 11 spring and autumn since its name was changed in 2006 。 Members and council members are excellent representatives of national small and medium-sized enterprises, financial and other relevant service institutions, and Honorary Presidents, consultants, and expert consultants are mostly people with moral, talent and hope.

Since the two Council, under the correct leadership of the State Council's SASAC and the China Federation of Commerce, we have resolutely implemented the spirit of the eighteen and third central, fourth, fifth, and six plenary sessions of the party, under the leadership of the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping as the core, facing the enterprises, facing the market, striving for reform, innovation and self-improvement, and adhering to the "entrepreneurs' Association and our service". It has become a bridge and link between the government and enterprises to communicate problems, declare projects, policy support, exchange and cooperation. It has become the home of enterprises that can rely on and trust the majority of enterprises and relevant organizations serving small, medium and micro enterprises, and can provide warm services; especially for the service of member enterprises outside Beijing, it has played the role of the office and liaison office in Beijing, and is welcomed by enterprises. In order to promote the development of enterprises, a lot of effective work has been done.

Small and medium-sized micro enterprises are the important foundation of the real economy, the main channel of social employment, the new force of technological innovation and transformation of economic development mode, and related to the overall economic and social development. The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposes to "improve the core competitiveness of large and medium-sized enterprises and support the development of small and micro enterprises, especially small and micro technological enterprises". We will guide the development of small and medium-sized micro and micro enterprises to be "specialized, special and new", enhance the specialization and characteristics of enterprise development, and guide small and medium-sized enterprises to continuously improve their own quality and enhance their endogenous power. We will be dedicated to our duties, work all night, standardize, strengthen services, make enterprises the foundation and benefit our members, and continue to contribute to the healthy development of small and medium-sized enterprises and the realization of the "Chinese dream" of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation!
